How do I get my treasure to you?

We appreciate that you will be entrusting us with cherished belongings, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. If it’s convenient, you may leave your treasure with us in our studio, send it via FedEx or let us know what works best for you by emailing us at stilltreasures3@gmail.com.

How long will the process take?

We know that you or your child will not want to part with your treasure for long, and we will make every attempt to return it as soon as possible. In most instances, you can expect to have your treasure returned within 5 days. However, we understand that for some people, especially children, it may not be feasible to part with their belongings for this length of time. In these instances, we will happily work to minimize the delay.

Generally, a treasure becomes a Still Treasure within 3 weeks from the time we receive it.

What are the shipping/delivery options?

If you are unable to come pick up your still treasure from our studio we will be happy to ship it for you at cost.

What if I want I want an image size other than what is offered on the website?

We can and will do anything for our customers. Please email us with your idea and we can make it happen.

How can I be assured that my still treasure will be safe?

We realize how valuable your item is, and therefore will take care of your item as if it were our own. Each Still Treasure will be stored in a secure space in our studio. Our goal is to return it to you as quickly as possible.
