The Client agrees Stilltreasures.com is not liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid for any destruction, mysterious disappearance, loss, or theft of any tangible property provided to the studio during the length of time in which Stilltreasures.com and its employees executes this contract. No such liability is accepted by the studio for items in the custody of any transportation company, including but, not limited to the United States Postal Service, or any other mail or delivery service agency in transit to and from the studio. It is recommended that clients ship such items via traceable method and carrier as well as purchase additional protections as made available at the time of shipment.
